Confirming a booking

Online bookings are requests until we confirm the time with you by email or phone.

Rescheduling & cancelling

• More than 24 hours' notice: free of charge
• Less than 24 hours' notice: a late-change fee of 50% of the package price may apply
• No access on arrival or a no-show: the full package price may be charged

Weather

If rain or heavy cloud would compromise exterior images, we'll reschedule at no cost. Interiors may go ahead with exteriors re-shot on a clearer day. Twilight shoots are weather-dependent and may be moved.

Running late

If the property isn't ready when we arrive, we'll wait up to 15 minutes. Longer waits may affect the shoot or incur a fee.

Re-shoots

If you're not happy with an image because of an issue on our side, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right.
