Image Licence Terms

Copyright in all images remains with JOANNA. When your invoice is paid, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the images as set out below.
You may
- Use images to market the photographed property for sale or lease
- Publish them on realestate.com.au, Domain, your agency website and social media
- Use them in brochures, signboards, window cards and print advertising for that property
- Share them with the vendor or landlord for their personal use
You may not
- Sell or transfer the images to third parties (for example, builders, stylists or other agencies) without permission
- Use the images to market a different property
- Edit images in a way that misrepresents the property
Credit & portfolio
We may use images in our own portfolio and marketing, without including the street address.

For other uses — such as builder or developer marketing — email hello@joannaphotography.com.au and we'll arrange an extended licence.
