Terms of Service

These terms apply to all bookings with JOANNA – Real Estate Photography (ABN 00 000 000 000). By booking, you agree to them.
Services
We provide still photography and image editing for real estate. We do not provide video, videography or drone footage.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is due on confirmation unless an agency account has been approved. Travel outside our service area is quoted separately.
Access & preparation
You're responsible for arranging access and preparing the property. If we can't access the property at the booked time, a call-out fee may apply.
Delivery
Images are usually delivered within 24–48 hours. Delivery times are a guide and may be affected by weather, volume or circumstances outside our control.
Image licence
Use of images is governed by our Image Licence Terms. Copyright remains with JOANNA.
Liability
We hold public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the shoot. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
