How quickly will I receive my photos?

Edited images are delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot. Same-day delivery is available as an add-on for shoots finished before 1pm.

How should the property be prepared?

Declutter benches and surfaces, turn on every light, open blinds and curtains, put bins away, hide personal items and move cars off the driveway and street frontage. A tidy property photographs beautifully.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If rain or heavy cloud would compromise exteriors, we'll reschedule at no cost. Interiors can usually go ahead, with exteriors re-shot on a clearer day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no access on arrival may incur a fee — see the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Question 5

How many photos will I get?

Accepted Answer

Essentials includes up to 15 photos, Standard 25 and Premium 35–40 plus detail shots. Extra photos can be added at booking.

Question 6

Can I use the photos for marketing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You receive a licence to use the images to market the property — online listings, print, signboards and social media. See the Image Licence Terms for details.

Question 7

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

A card payment is taken when your booking is confirmed. Agencies can apply for monthly account billing. All prices include GST.

Do you charge for travel?

Accepted Answer

No travel fee within our South East Melbourne service area. Outside the area a small travel surcharge applies — we'll quote it before confirming.

Question 9

Do you offer video or drone footage?

Accepted Answer

No. JOANNA is a photography-only studio, so all of our time and care goes into still images.
